Is there any live music early in the evening?

I know that Spaniards start the evening late, but what is the earliest time of night we can find any live music? Are there certain places (Tapas bars?) that might offer music or types of music earlier? What types of music can we expect to find and what time?

- Flamenco shows that cater for tourists (most of them) will have an early pass at around 7-8pm and another one later at night. For example http://casadelamemoria.es/ starts at 7:30pm and then 9pm.

- There are certain places that might offer music or type of music. Concert halls, theatres, etc will offer music, but not as an everyday basis, you'll have to check online what's on those days you visit and get your tickets in advance. Not many (I would say none) tapas bar would offer live music. However many cafes or irish/english pub will do, especially during the weekend, and they can start as early as 6 or 7pm and are usually for free (providing you have a beer inside).

- As for type of music, you can get anything from flamenco, pop. rock, blues, folk, celtic, classical and anything in between.

This also applies to any other spanish city, especially if they are big enough like madrid, seville, barcelona, malaga...
