Seville, Granada, Malaga; best travel options

I will be travelling with a friend to Spain in May. We have a couple of days in Barcelona and then want to see Seville, Granada and Malaga as we have been told they are worth seeing. We were going to catch a flight from Barcelona but were wondering which place would be best to fly into? Also, would you recommend making our way between places or are there any short tours that go to all 3 places? We have a limited time (3-5 days) and want to see as much as possible in that time. Or would you recommend staying longer in one place and not seeing the others?

With only 5 days, I would choose only two cities.

For train travel:

Read Buying Alhambra Tickets Online and BOOK EARLY.
