hi, we went on the 15th may to santa eulalia it was very quiet bars and resturants shut around 12:00 in the evening but this may change as we were outside the main holiday season. The beaches are nice but not very big, on a night if youu like it more lively i would recomend APACHE in Es Canar we were there until 2:00am and cant even remember getting home so it must of been good we went in a taxi and it only cost about 8 euros. We have just added a review tonight with pictures we stayed at the Marsol Apartments it shoud be on within a few days. We went to the castle in Ibiza town which was nice and went by boat for 13 euros return. if you would like to know anything else please ask us we would be happy to help if we can

hi stranny,

if you want a laid back, relaxing , and easy going holiday then Santa Elauria is an ideal town to be in. Its ibiza second bigest town, and would not be "in your face" commercial tourism like some some other resorts in ibiza.

It has a beautifull marina, some excellent resturants, a beautifull church up on the hillside, and and famous intact roman bridge as you enter the town. It was very popular with the hippy/alternative vibe back in the seventies, and it was the trendy hip place to be seen.In July it will be fairly buzzing with locals and tourists, so dont worry about it being too quiet. There are no nightclubs there, but you will find a few late bars till 4am.

The beaches are not great but if you have a car make sure you visit the nearby Aqua Blanca beach, (one of the best and most secluded on the island), you will also pass through a small quaint village called Sant Charles on the way there. It is home to the famous "Bar Anita" the only bar on the island licenced to sell homegrown organic "herbieas", also has great tapas and it still attracts famous clientell. The barca footballer puyoul was there with his friends, last time i visited.

Hi,

You lucky things! We're going back in August and can't wait. It's the perfect destination for whatever you're after. The bus links to the rest of Ibiza are fantastic plus boat trips too. The resort itself is lovely - quite upmarket, easy going and quiet. There are cheap restaurants such as the ones on the seafront with unbelievably good value pizzas and sangria and then slightly more pricey ones in the town which are amazing - we found one that gave us free bread and dips as starters and a bottle of vodka to drink after, on the corner of the main restaurant street in town.

We clubbed at Pacha in Ibiza town, did Bora Bora one day, Cafe Del Mar twice for the evening, Cala Llonga by boat , all in a week and spent every day on the gorgeous beaches in Santa Eularia swimming in crystal clear turquoise seas. Heaven!

Have a great holiday,

N and D

Hi! I stayed in Santa Eulalia last year and thought it was excellent. The beach is quite nice but if you fancy a change for the better (beachwise anyway) make sure you take the less than ten minute taxi trip to Cala Llonga up the road. The beach is small but beautiful and set at the end of a long inlet with pedalos in the shape of cars with slides on top and its just sooo relaxed youll love it to bits. Es Cana(r) is home to the "hippy" market on Wednesdays and people come from all over the island to see it. You could easily spend a day or two here as well and again its quite near to Santa Eulalia. But for the best shops and restaurants youre in the right town to begin with. Enjoy! :)

Did you check out the local car hire company www.motoluis.com, they have competative rates and will meet you at the airport with your car, so no need to mess around with buses.
