I have posted your question on the East Midlands PRUNE forum (this is a network for pilots)

Just scroll to the bottom of the page of the following link and wait for a response.

If you are unable to view the link (not sure if you will have to register), let me know & I will check for you.

Have a good flight!

No problem, we have had a answer :-

"TOM7711 operates on a Sunday operated by a B752, which tomorrow will also be G-BYAI".

Have a good flight and enjoy your trip!

Why would you be interested unless booking legroom seats at extra cost? Monarch Scheduled give you an aircraft seating plan to pre-book your seat at cost.Except in our case it didn't work. They substituted a different aircraft type and the seat numbers did not correspond after we had paid extra for the 2 in a row legroom seats by the overwing emergency exit.

Chances are it will be a 757 3 inaro either side of the aisle.Or a 737 same.

Yeah found the info I needed it is a 3+3 plan boeing 757 204.

I wanted to know because If it was a 2-4-2 plan I would request the 4 row so that we can sit with our fidgety children. Now I can ask for a row of 3 and the ailse seat in the opp row.

Once I was lead to believe we were flying on a 2-4-2 plan so i booked 2 window seats assumming we would get 2 seats behind each other but it turned out to be a 3-3 and we both had a half cut youth on the end of us each.

So yes pre booking for extra comfort doesn't always pay off that's why I've tried to do a bit of home work first.

I wouldn't be so fussy if we were all adults but we like to make sure we are all sat as near as poss.

If that makes any sense?

Thanx.

2-4-2 on Boeing 767 wide bodies which don't get used much on short-haul.
