Palma is a large port city. It has plenty of upscale nightlife catering to the yachting and cruise crowd, but it's not a beach resort.

If you're looking for "action", I'd have to recommend Magalluf, which is the liveliest resort in Mallorca, amongst the liveliest beach resorts in the med.

All the day you'll be bumming it on the fabulous bar-and restaurant-lined beach, or on a boat cruise, but at night you'll be amidst thousands of wild and crazy young party animals :-) The nightclubs are famous for this.

Don't hurt yourself :-)
