Naturist beaches and self catering accomodation

We are two mature ladies who have visited Croatia for the last two years to visit naturist spots. This year we fancy somewhere different .We like to swim ( naked ) and catch the sun.

Somewhere to stay near a beach would be lovely .Oh and air travel .Best airline to use?

The beach at Jandia is informally divided into a naturist section to the left of the lighthouse,

The beaches to the south of Corralejo, along the east coast, are situated in the Parque Natural de Corralejo. Those between Corralejo and the two large hotels are used for umpteen things. From beach to beach the conditions vary and Naturists use the quieter parts of the beach about 200 metres either side of the large hotels. The beach at Playa de Pozo seems to be the most popular. The main beach is known as Flag Beach which is a series of beaches that run between Punta de Tivas and the Tres Islas hotels,

Hey

I recently spent 2 weeks in Jandia staying right opposite the lighthouse.

With regards naturists, it was a very informal divide, if none at all. The majority stay towards the back/centre of the very wide beach and could b seen either side of the lighthouse. They were strolling along the beach/swimming etc along all parts of the beach and were simply part of everyone enjoying themselves. Very relaxed attitudes in Jandia.

Plenty of naturist swimmers at Costa Calma beach early morning and, at any time of day, at the beaches immediately south of Costa Calma. In the latter case, the two H10 hotels (Tindaya & Playa Esmerelda) either side of the R2 Pajara Beach hotel would all be suitable accommodation, depending on your budget. Less expensive is the Morasol which is close to Costa Calma beach and has a designated naturist terrace. I think all of the above do SC. Plenty of options in Corralejo and Jandia / Morro Jable too, as stated above. Choice of airline is not usually a central issue. HTH.

Monte Marina is a secluded naturist complex above the Sotavento de Jandia clothes-optional beach, towards the south of the island. The apartments are self-catering and the adjacent sister property - Marina Playa - which is a traditional family-run hotel - offers a handy restaurant and bar if required.

You would have a choice of swimming in the sea or in the naturist pool at the resort.

Trips from the UK can be booked through Chalfont Holidays or Pen Travel.
