Weather anywhere is a bit of a lottery, but the weather is generally reasonably good in Fuerteventura in December and January though there can be the occasional cool, windy, even rainy day. It will certainly be a lot better then in the UK.

You can get the weather history for Fuerteventura on weatheronline.co.uk/Spain/Fuerteventura.htm

Click on History on the right hand side and choose the year and month

I think that Corralejo will be best for you.

Hi jimmy-we feel Corralejo would be the best place for you. About mid 20's in the day but cooler at night. Lovely resort & many places to eat & drink. Waterpark won't be open. Lovely beaches around resort. Regards!
