pretty area where the sea is calm for swimming & clean beach

can anyone recommend quite pretty area where the sea is calm for swimming & clean beach. Not wanting an over busy place.. suitable for two 60 yr olds. We hate loud music & beer & burger places with tattoo parlors.

Have a look at this report on Los Cristianos - it might suit you.

hi,

Try Playa Del Duque. Upmarket area, thick pads on the sunbeds and a nice wee beach bar (albeit a wee bit more expensive than others)

Lovely beach, usually nice people, no loud music etc. I think beds are approx 8 euros per day.
