i have been to tenerife on numerous occasions and the kids have only once not been allowed to use inflatables,go for it and once you have found the hotel/apt that you fancy, just ask the question on T A, people will tell you if you are allowed

Hi

Inflatables are not allowed as it will interfere with the lifeguards being able to see if anyone was having problems in the hotel pools. I know it may not please children but better safe than sorry as I know just how any parent would feel if it was their child drowning and the inflatables blocked the view. :0(

I know children may be upset with this situation but there are still plenty of fun splashing around :0)

Hope this helps
