Praktik, Inglaterra, Constanza -- help!

Will be spending 3-4 nights in May. I want to be in a good location (I think all of these are), but in a hotel that is (relatively) quiet at night. The above are strong candidates, but any others in the $150-$175/ night range? Thanks

Inglaterra is on Pelai which is a very busy street both for traffic and pedestrians. The other two are on quieter streets, Rambla Catalunya is particular is quiet with no through traffic and wide central Rambla for pedestrians.

I was supposed to try Constanza for my last trip. I thought the location would be a really good one. As it turned out my travel partner preferred a different hotel so we ended up back on Rambla Cataunya which I love!! It is the street on which the Praktik is located.

It is a wide pedestrian street with lots of cafes/bakery/store in easy walking distance. I think the location is just perfect!
