RFI - Music of Santa Tecla

I know 'Amparito Roca' which must be the theme of Santa Tecla well, but there's another tune that is played at most parades and similar events that I haven't tracked down yet. It's the one that makes people rock backwards and forwards with their arms in the air and shout 'hey! hey! hey!'. Can anyone tell me what it is called, please?

if it's this is a typical song of "filaes" from "moros" and cristians in Valencia Festivals!

5de8, you are a genius.

So the music is called 'Paquito el Choclatero'.

It's interesting to compare the way the tune is enjoyed in your video with the Tarragona response. I uploaded the clip below this evening to give some substance to my rather poor explanation, but you got it anyway!
