NOT looking for a luxury apartment

I have already checked out the apartments on two sites Spainselct.com and friendlyrentals.com

Quite honestly we would settle for an apartment a lot less opulent than those, as long as it is clean and well run by a reputable agency.

all we are looking for is someplace clean, reasonably central (or close to transportation) with a kitchen etc. We would like to spend under €400 in low season. Any ideas? Otherwise we will likely rent one of those from those two sites.

We stayed at the Loft Plaza Mayor thru the Hotel Plaza Mayor and were very happy, might not be quite as cheap as you're looking for but it's close.
