Age limit to Tapas bars

I am taking my 12 year old son to Spain. Can I take him into the Tapas bars since they serve alcohol? Thanks.

yes, I have just returned with my 14 year old neice, and there was never a problem. she would get a coke or got very good at asking for tap water "Agua del grifo".

He also can get a "mosto" (non-alcoholic grapes juice).

My son often drank zumos (orange juice or other juices) or you can also get limonada (lemonade) or Schwepps Limón (carbonated lemonade). There is plenty to drink that is not alcoholic and all are served great food.

Thanks to both of you and glad that you mentioned 'Agua del grifo'. I'll need to use that often.
