Looking for a good nights sleep

We will be in Madrid next weekend, we have booked the El Madrono hotel through booking.com. Having read recent reviews i would now like to change my booking (no cancelation fee incurred) to a more central hotel. There are a few four star hotels i am looking at but want a soft mattress if possible. Any ideas? I don't suppose there are any hotels in any area of Madrid that have water beds as that is what we have at home. many thanks.
