Curly:

A taxi from the airport to your hotel will cost 30 euros.

The Atocha Station is 3 km away, so a taxi will cost about 6 euros.

No, there is no shuttle, unless you take the Aerocity shuttle service which has mixed reviews and costs almost the same as a taxi. As for getting to Atocha train station, you could take a cab, but you can also take the metro from Sol station to Atocha, provided you don't have too much luggage. A cab may cost 6, or if there is a lot of traffic, it may cost more, like 10 or 12. By the way, you can also take the metro from the airport to your hotel, but that will involve two changes, and not recommended if you're carrying big suitcases around.
