Easter programme

The largest crowds will gather in the city centre on Maundy Thursday and Good Friday to watch the Easter processions. These include the Brotherhood of Our Father Jesus of the Divine Power and Holy Mary The Virgin of Macarena, which sets out at 8pm on 17 April from the Royal Collegiate Church of Saint Isidore (Calle Toledo 37), the Brotherhood of Holy Mary of the Seven Sorrows (18 April) at 7.30pm from Santa Cruz parish church (Calle Atocha 6), or the eagerly-awaited Procession of Silence, also on Friday and setting out at 7 pm from Holy Christ of the Faith church (Calle Atocha 87).

I also thank you so kindly! We will be arriving on Good Friday and were thinking the procession started from the Almudena Cathedral. I will google map the address of the church and be sure to stand in awe of, I'm sure, a magnificent procession. Thanks again!
