From June 8th the Mercado de San Ildefonso opens its doors. It is inspired by street food markets in London and New York and has 18 stalls dedicated to gourmet products to enjoy on site or take away.
The stalls are on a single product and will be dedicated to select cheeses, Iberian quality gourmet burgers, salads and iced fruit, canned, smoked and cured meats; prawns in paper cones Cádiz style, skewers, eggs in different preparations, cakes, stews and casseroles with tapas, fried fish, shrimp, vegetarian meals, seafood, wine and coffee.
The Mercado de San Ildefonso will open from 10am until midnight Sunday through Wednesday and Thursday to Saturday until 1am. Address: Calle Fuencarral 57 (in between Malasaña and Chueca).
