In comparison to where you have stayed previously, you are way off the mark. The Terralta Apartments are situated in a residential area uphill from the sea front on the Poniente Beach area. The area you refer to is the Levante Beach, which is seperated from Poniente by the old Town area. If you are looking for the ammenities you will have had locally at the Eva Mar or Orange, then you will have a good walk of 45mins to 1 hour. Or a taxi ride whihc would be somewhere in the region of 7-9 Euros each way.The local bus does stop nearby, but forgot the number or price of it. They are a good apartment complex, just not quite well placed unless you like the more peaceful Spanish orientated Poniente Beach and easier access to the Old Town. Hope that helps

Terralta are probably the best apartments in Beni unless you get a private one and even then you'd struggle to beat Terralta. The down side is location but there is a regular bus for €1.25 any distance. Paraiso is ideally location and not bad as apartments go so the choice is yours.

The Terralta apts are absolutely spotless. If you are on holiday with kids and want a nice apartment with spotless pool area/snack bar etc then they are ideal. If you are going to be spending days and nights in the new town then they are a bit far out. We spent days at the pool and in the evening walked for about 20 minutes and had a meal in the old town before another 20 minute walk to the new town. A taxi back for 7-9 euros. I hope this helps!

must agree that they are lovely apartments, stayed here first time in benidorm, they are in the middle of nowhere and not knowing my way round benidorm it wasnt the best of places to be.

now go to the levante area, presidente, helios. or venus

dont go to apartments now as we dont have the girls going with us anymore

if you're going to the terralta you wont be disappointed, stayed there about 3 years ago and would def go back.yes it is a bit out of the way ,but not so far that you cant walk in.about a 10/15 minute walk into the old town,if that.ifyou head straight down to the beach then along the prom there's a lovely little chinese place at the bottom of the old town, really cheap and really good(not sure of the name, maybe some experts might help out)
