Has to be the spare ribs night at the Mont Park hotel they were so lovely with veg and potatoes cheers mike and sue xx
Must admit those ribs were very good Mike. I also like the Spanish stews they do there, the lamb one & the one with mixed meats & chroizo are lovely! They used to do a decent meat pie but didn't get that on my last visit! The Paella & Fish i had at Lunch was lovelt too....in fact i've not had a better Paella in Benidorm, cooked correctly with nice crusty rice on the base!

Hand-made burgers and meatballs at the Villa Del Mar
Sunday lunch at Flamingo Benidorm.
Lamb skewers and paella at Hotel Joya.
Seafood platter and delicious stew at the Gala night, Madeiro Centro Hotel.
What i notice about the Mont Park hotel is they keep the same staff, the chef is very good, I agree with you Taggy about the Paella, my daughter loves it. If a hotel keeps its staff, you tend to get good service, the food is good year after year. Focus, it sounds like you enjoyed your stay, Taggy did you try the house wine, it would of been rude not to lol. Also agree harry Flamingo sunday lunch, execelent.
Mitch we loved the mont park
Yep i always have the House wine Mitch but furious its gone up to €4 a bottle....what a liberty!! Lol!
