Meant to add this link as well. Not so many to pick from in the winter, but still a good way to see something of the local area for free.

Yes.

The best ones are run by a firm called PAL.

Basically they give you a good tour to various places , and in Benidorm there are lots of choices.

These tours are free but you have to attend a sales presentation of bedding and matreses, However this is too bad . There is NO pressure selling and most people buy nothing but the few who do pay for the trip.

The trips are very good and are well worth sitting through the hour or so sales talk.

I have been on these in Portugal, Spain ( inc. Benidorm , Mallorca . Lanzarote etc ) as well as Malta .

you are right.

The Green Tour trips have a bad reputation/

That is why I always recommend the PAL tours,

You won't have to worry about Green Tours, they haven't run for some years now.

It's usually the PAL trips, you will be given information on, either in the hotel tour operators information books and also at their welcome meetings.

Best not to give out names, address and contact details for any raffle or questionnaire.
