Decent aparartment

Dear all,

We have decided an apartment might be better for us rather than an hotel.

Could anyone recommenced a good one?

We would like:

Double Bed

Sea View

Close to beach/nightlife

Balcony

Decent interior decor

could anyone recommended anything? We have never been to Benidorm before and don't know the area at all! lol

thanks

Rize123

I keep looking at this one,but for some reason always end up booking a hotel.

Might get it booked on day. : )

It is a private rental, but it's really nice I think,& we have used this site for properties in the past with no problems at all..

Thanks all, its a headache, will look at listed.

Been looking private also, that one looks great, but sold out for our dates/

I have seen this:

but seems a lot of extra charges plus deposits etc

Shame, : (

Some of them do charge damage deposits,& final cleaning fees, but it's part of the fun looking through & choosing, don't look at it as a headache, think of it as making a choice that will suit you so you have an enjoyable holiday : )

We stayed in the Les Dunes last December and they are very modern, front line to the beach and not far to the night life. You didn't have to pay anything other than the price quoted and we liked the fact that they feel like a hotel but are self catering apartments. An other good point was that the underground parking is only €4 per night unlike some who charge between €10-€17 per day .

Les Dunes apartments are great, but they have twin beds not double.
