Can I just confirm old town/ new town

Which is which?

We're going to the hotel bali (which I've been to before) but was unsure if that's part of the old town/ new town or neither?

At the moment I'm thinking the part where calle Gerona is and what I call the main area of benidorm, is the new town is that right?

Also does anyone know the road which the yellow brick road goes along.

And one more, how long for a nice stroll would it take to walk from the beach front of the hotel bali to the main area?

Hotel Bali is pretty much on the extreme edge of Benidorm that us furthest away from the New Town. A walk to the Old Town will take you about 35 minutes if you are reasonably able. To Calle Gerona another 10 minutes. The Yellow Brick road is along Calle Gerona.

Hotel Bali is quite far from either town, OP, as I've read on this forum.

This guy booked the hotel but changed to another as he didn't realise he'd have to get taxi's into the town every night.

you are not in benidorm as such, its la cala, finestrat, its a hell of a walk, its going to be a taxi back from old/ new benidorm, you would be able to get the bus up to benidorm old town

Thanks everyone I went to the bali in April and loved it hence why I've booked to go again but wasn't sure on my barings in regards to old town/new town. As I travelled last time with a mother and her 4 children from 3-11yrs old we didn't go into benidorm at night so there was no need to walk after the busses stopped but this time it's just dh and I and we plan to watch some shows and if they finish late rather than spend a fortune on taxis we may walk a few nights.

Thanks for your answers

Wow, that's going to be some walk, I wouldn't like to do it, not much cabaret bars in old town, so the walk to Calle Gerona or Rincon where IMO the best bars are, is going to take you about 40 to 50 mins,

Yes it's in La Cala, a very long way from benii,,

Certainly at least an hours walk from Bali to New Town. Wouldn't dream of doing it every night myself and definitely not on the way back...with a few bevvies inside you it'll be quite a trek lol!

Just enjoy the Old Town, you'll find so many bars and you'll have a ball !

There's so much more and better quality than Gerona and the Rincon !
