Good apartment/hotel for 4 night break

my husband and a group of friends are flying in on the 18th September for 4 nights and want somewhere reasonably cheap but decent to stay. would like to stay in the Rincon area (near tropical bar or Rachels bar) that area or close to it.

They are a mixed age between 45 and 55 so dont want stag do area really but somewhere clean, decent and cheap.

Any ideas would be great
