Schengen Visa to move to Italy

Me and my boyfrined want to move to Italy next year - but I have read that I need to apply for a Schengen Visa to do this - does anyone know where I can find that form?

Thanks :)

A Schengen visa does not let you move to Italy; it lets you stay up to 90 days out of 180 days in the EU countries that have signed the Schengen agreement, i.e., most of them except the UK.If you're Australian, you don't need a Schengen visa if you don't stay longer than 90 days out of 180.

To move to Italy, you have to apply at the Italian Consulate General in Sydney http://www.conssydney.esteri.it/ :
