A week in Italy

We (my husband, four year old son and I) will be travelling to Italy for a week in mid April. This will be our first trip to Italy. And so we would love some advise on how to plan it. We are from Paris and will probably fly from Paris to Rome. We would of course like to see Rome, Venice, Florence and a bit of Tuscany. Thanks in advance!

In one week you can only give a quick look to 2 cities, choose which one are most interesting for you and then choose. Consider that Rome has many interesting sights as Paris.

How many nights do you have? For example, 8 nights you could do Venice (2), Florence (3), Rome (3)....

Hi Bonniebelle

Thanks for your reply. We have finally finished with bookings and have nine nights. We have decided to spend 4 in Rome, 3 in Florence and 2 in Venice. Would you have any suggestions for exploring a bit of Tuscany? Maybe a day trip from Florence? Thanks in advance.

Cheers!!

Soumi
