How doable is it using public transport from Castellabate to San Giovanni Rotonda?

Thanks in advance x

Unless you'll join a local parish organizing a pilgrimage there, i don't think you could make on your own in less then 8-9 hours.

In reply to your other question : ladistanza.it/Salerno/San-Giovanni-Rotondo

it seems to be around 2 hours 18 mins by car. If you look at the above website, you can see the route too. You could hire a car and driver, or hire a car and drive yourselves.

We have done a small search and found a bus company going direct from Salerno to San Giovanni Rotondo.

This is the specific page from the website:

casalvelino.net/servizi/trasporti/autolinea_…

On this page is the timetable and telephone numbers for booking.

The bus line mentioned by Aussies11 is the same as the one mentioned by me (Flowerspray) ! It also mentions on that website that booking is obligatory.... so remember to book first !!!
