Since I am a foody, love taking photos and love Italy, I have decided to take photos of Italian Kitchens....wherever I can get permission to enter and "shoot". Any advice or comments for me?

I like that idea. Say, "posso fare un photo?" to ask permission first.

Dont' forget to take a shot of the 6 ft. long pizzas being made in huge slabs and put into their specially made ovens at Il Forno di Campo dei Fiori!

Ciao, maybe eating there first might help you get your foot in the door! Then: potrei fare una foto? With lots of thank yous etc, maybe even a couple of owner fotos, this usually thrills them!

How's your italian? That's probably the biggest hurdle!

Good luck

Oh sorry, I didn't see SoloRoma's help with the language!

I would say to try and keep your photos real and rustic looking, they'll look more authentic!

Ciao
