Family of 4 aged 2-80 of varying mobility seek good hotel in rome for september, walking distance to good restaurants and quite street by night. no hills or lots of steps would be ideal - any suggestions are welcome

Hosianum Hotel has quads and handicap rooms. Depending on the mobility issues, you may want to check out Rome's Website for accessibility: handyturismo.it. You'll find hotels and sights that are accessible with descriptions of where to find lifts etc.
