Do you mean the terrace of the Vittoriano Monument? The Vittoriano is the huge white marble monument, also known as the Altare della Patria in Piazza Venezia. The terrace along the top is reached by a panoramic lift at the back.

Hello,

The panoramic elevators are open from 9.30 AM to 7.30 PM but you have to pay a steep E.7/pp fee for the service. Otherwise you can reach the very same level by climbing the 196 steps, I did it, and it's worth every step.

Thank you! I will attend a conference, and there is a function at the terraces. They only specified the name as I wrote it. I'm sure I will find it now. Hopefulle the entrance fee will be payed by the organizers...
