My wife and i are on our 1st trip to Europe in June ane after visiting London , Paris , Venice and Rome we have 5 days to spare for rest and recreation before returning to Australia from Rome. We are looking for somewhere to relax maybe with a beach, maybe just good service and a nice massage, happy to pay up tp 500 euro per night for the right place. We are thinking of either Sicily or Florence but any wothwhile suggestions appreciated.

Since you don't have any time spent yet on the sea, how about Positano? Le Sirenuse is considered to be the most luxurious hotel on the Amalfi Coast - out of my budget, but it may be within your budget:
