returning to Rome 2 celbrate our 20th weeding anniversary in march,looking at hotel iQ and hotel d alba,ther is little difference in price. Any advise on which hotel.We stayed at capo d africa last time but thought the staff were not very friendly

I'd say Hotel Duco d'Alba simply for the location...that little area of Cavour is really quaint and comfortable (as well as walking distance to the city center and lots of public transport).

They're pretty closeby these two hotels, also.

It's Duca, with an "a", even though it's masculine.
