Where Can We Have Shoes Custom Made In Rome?

We have 4 days on Rome and my husband would like to have a pair of leather shoes made for him while we are there. Does anyone know where we can make this happen.

You can't get shoes hand made in four days.

There's a place on Via Francesco Crispi; they say they will send you the shoes *in a month*:

There's another place in Parioli:

How much is your husband prepared to spend for hand-made shoes?

There is also a place on Via Ripetta, but 4 days will never suffice.

Before your husband consideres this venture have him rent "If This Is Tuesday it must be Belgium"...they have a section about a man who has hand made shoes made in Rome!! Old film but wonderful!!

Have him look at Gucci/Tods/ and various other high end shoes for sale in Italy. My husband has Gucci and Tods that look as good as the day he bought them...over 15 years ago!
