Cost and directions for taxi to Arch of Constantine

We are meeting a friend in Rome and he said to meet him at the Arch of Constantine... Does anybody know how to say that in Italian? (or better yet how to write it in Italian so I can just write it and show it to the taxi driver). And how long should it take and how much should it cost to get there on a Monday morning from the Rome Cavalieri? Thanks!

Just ask for "Arco di Costantino". If he doesn't know where that is he shouldn't be driving a taxi!

on a monday morning I'd calculate about half an hour and 20 euros (including "waiting in traffic" fees).

The Arch of Constantine just a few yards from the Colloseum. Its huge, you'll know it immediately you see it.
