FM1 train from Rome to Stimigliano? Help!

We are staying a good bit out of the city when we take a group of students this summer. We'd like to be able to go into Rome on our own time pace. I've read the FM1 train towards Orte stops in Stimigliano. Can anyone verify this or send a link with more info about the FM1?

Also, would we transfer to the metro at Roma Ostinense?

This is the map of Metro and train lines:

http://www.atac.roma.it/files/doc.asp?r=4

Travel in any direction up to points indicated in red is with a regular bus/Metro ticket; beyond them, a higher fare applies, particularly from/to FCO airport.

Stimigliano is near Rimini. There's a street called Via Stimigliano; the stop for it is Nomentana.

Thank you! Is there a website that gives times/frequencies of trains?

Basically, the FM1 goes every 15 minutes during the day Monday through Saturday, every 30 minutes on Sunday and in the late evening.

www.trenitalia.com will give you times between two points on a given day around a given hour.
