Access to hotel

Hello Guys

Can anyone please help me about the access to below address.

Via del Ponte di Castel Giubileo 14

Rome, 00188

I am planning to booked a hotel at this address, but not sure what is the accessibility of this hotel from Rome Center.

How to reach the hotel from Fiumicino Airport.

Can anyone please help.

Thanks

Is this it?

tripadvisor.com/Hotel_Review-g187791-d293515…

If so, read through some of the reviews to get some idea of getting into Rome from the B&B and also I suggest sending an email directly to the B&B and ask them for directions from the airport.

Looks like their email is here:

IF this is the place you are staying; if not, put a link to the lodging at which you are thinking of staying.

This hotel looks to be way out from Rome, it may be difficult to get back and to to the hotel, also taxi fares from the airport will be more expensive as its not wiithin the city walls.

Can you not fine anything nearer to the Termini area ?

Per the PP's link, many of the reviews do not look promising, and the transport looks time consuming.

You might look for something closer. Sometimes the lowest cost place is not the best bargain, you lose a lot of time and energy staying so far out.

As to exact directions maybe someone who lives in Rome or has stayed there can advise, it is difficult to understand even from some of the people who stayed there, - metro, light train, bus??

For a rough idea of the journey, here's what the ATAC route finder (*) offers, at about midday - a trip of some 12.5km....

(*) For that, with any luck, start here:

That's slightly different to the hotel's own directions from Termini - although the distance must be about the same!

For theirs, start after the piece about the Leonardo Express, here:

PS: With both, most of the trip is done on the train to Viterbo - one of the grey lines on this...

Thanks guys for your response.

Can anyone please suggest any better option.

I am travelling with my wife and parents for 3 nights.

We are on tight budget, so looking for cheap hotels and easily accessible from the city.

You need to say what "cheap" is as it is different for everyone.

In the meantime, look at www.venere.com where you can sort by budget, type of room needed, etc.

around 300 to 350 Euros for 2 rooms and 3 nights.

I am getting some deals, but sure about its location and access.
