Car Rental from FCO

I'm looking at Auto Europe and Car Hire to rent a car from Rome to Tuscany. Are both of these car rental companies reputable and is one better than the other?

Thanks so much and I'd really appreciate any input.

autoeurope will provide the car through another agency e.g. Hertz last time we did this in Rome. Plan on the pick up at FCO taking along time. The US thing of getting a car in 5 minutes or less is not the way it works here at all. it took us 2 hours and the man waiting for the automatic transmission had been there 2 hours before us and was still there when we left.
