Villa Borghese or Galleria Borghese is a museum.

Check the spelling.

Yes.

If you mean the Bernini's one it's absolutely a must see. I really love this museum. Check the faq because you need a reservation to enter.

No, they aren't the same! Villa Borghese is a public garden... the Galleria Borghese, on the other hand, is a museum located within the boundaries of said public garden.

The Galleria Borghese (a museum) is the only one you can book, anyway, and it occupies the Villa Borghese (a building: villa meaning.... villa!), which is located in the GARDENS of the Villa Borghese (a park). "Villa Borghese" may commonly be used to refer to the park also, but as the gardens are free, you would not be booking entrance to the park.

That's what I was referring, many people call the museum Villa Borghese or Galleria Borghese, my roman friend does it!
