Rome and beach holiday?

We are visiting Rome at the end of July to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary and would like to follow up our city trip with a week at the beach for relaxation - any suggestions?

Capri - a beautiful island. Take the train to Naples and then the ferry to Capri. We stayed at the hotel Canasta which we loved. The beach at Capri is rocky, not sandy. Also, Viareggio/Forte Dei Marmi has beautiful sandy beaches. It's just south of Pisa. We spent a week in Viareggio and loved it. It's an easy to visit Cinque Terre from there as well.
