Centrally located hotel that sleeps 4 in a room

We will be traveling to Rome with our two kids, ages 8 & 11 next year. I'm having a hard time finding hotels that offer occupancy for 4 in the same room (2 double beds). Thanks in advance for any recommendations!

The Hotel Boutique Nazionale has a room they call the "Double Economy". It's equipped with a queen, but also has room for two additional beds.

Now the bad news. When we stayed at HBN, we had a plumbing problem, and the only available extra room was the "Double Economy", which they said they only used for emergency purposes, so we wound up staying in it. The room is air conditioned, but has no exterior windows. It's an exceptionally large room by Rome standards, however, and was set up with a dining table and two large chairs with ottomans (as well as a huge 55" TV). It's possible the room was undergoing renovation and wasn't really ready for visitors at that time, because it was really in need of a good paint job and some sprucing up, but it is listed on their website now, where you can see some photos.

The location of the hotel was pretty good, on the second floor of a building on Via Nazionale. Bus stop right outside, and an excellent restaurant, La Taverna dei Monti, right around the corner. I won't go so far as to give the hotel a recommendation, but it might fit the bill for you.

We are booked into the Albergo del Senato next door to the Pantheon. On their website they mention a mini apartment that sleeps four people.

We stayed at Hotel Tritone near the Trevi Fountain. We had a quad room (4 single beds in a row ) . The room wasn't large but was clean ,breakfast was in a rooftop room and was delicious.
