Best food tours

I'm aware that there's various different food tours available in Rome. Are there any that are really good or any that aren't that good and should be avoided?

We are looking at Eating Italy and Food Tours of Rome. I'm thinking the latter just to see a little more of Rome since we're only there for a short time but the Eating Italy looks like it has more variety and is in Trastavere where we won't likely go. Comments?
