Have to train it into Cinque Terra. There is a way to get to one of the towns (no clue how or if parking is available) but you would still have to walk or train once in.

Park in La Spezia and take 20 min train in. Very easy to get around and you can buy a $5 Euro pass.

The hotel where we stayed (Villa Accini, in Monterosso) had a free parking for customers. However, a big part of Monterosso village (like other CT villages!!) is closed, and only certain public vehicles can access it.

There is a big parking place next to the beach at Monterosso, but unfortunately I do not know about the rates.

A hotel we stayed at in Monterosso -- Hotel Villa Steno -- has a small parking lot for maybe 5-6 cars. It's necessary to "reserve" a space when you make your room reservation.

You can park in Levanto (there's a car park near the station) and get the trein to Monterosso or one of the other CT villages (10 min). If you drive on the highway take "Levanto" exit.
