Driving from Cinque Terre to Rome

We're doing a little 8-day loop from Rome-Tuscany-Cinque Terre and back to Rome to catch our flight. We'll be driving back to Rome from Riomaggiore on Sunday, April 13th.

I was wondering if we took the E80 back to Rome, are there any recommendations for places to stop along the way? Small coastal towns for lunch or coffee or areas with great views to get out and stretch our legs? Will we have trouble finding places open for lunch/dinner on a Sunday?

Thanks for any recommendations!

Castiglione della Pescaia is nice. I shouldn't think you'll have trouble finding somewhere to eat.

Get information about parking in Riomaggiore

Could be better park in la Spezia and go to Riomaggiore by train in a few minutes.
