day by day schedule to visit

We are in our mid sixties and healthy, We want to walk and stay in the 5 villages, eat great local food, stay in b and b's, enjoy the local flavors. Looking for a 7 day timeline. Would be helpful to get a heads up on places to stay.

I think you are the only ones who can (and should, unless you use a travel agent) work out a detailed daily plan, which will also need to take into account where are you arriving from (Genoa? La Spezia?) and leaving to, and at what times. You need to decide whether you want to move on every day, use a single base, or maybe 2 bases - and booking possibilities may also depend on WHEN you want to make this journey, and therefore how far in advance (or late, if this is for August!) you would be booking.

You could start by looking at ready-made itineraries like lonelyplanet.com/italy/liguria-piedmont-and-… together with the step-by-step advice given in www.italianfix.com/what-to-do-cinque-terre/

You also need to take note of current trail closures: tripadvisor.com/ShowTopic-g187817-i997-k7671…
