Read here what to do if you have 24 hours in Genova (Genoa)

I have recently spent 24 hours in Genova (Genoa) and here is what I saw:

Nice pictures!

There is so much to do and see in Genoa http://www.visitgenoa.it/en/homepage that one person's perfect day will be another person's missed opportunities.

For me, the attraction I return to most is the trio of art galleries in the palazzi of the Strada Nuova - fascinating art in an architectural complex of world significance - but I'm sure they'd bore some people stiff. Though the self-service restaurant in the Palazzo Rosso (last year only €12 for a three course meal if your third course is cold fruit) is excellent value by anyone's standards!
