Food and drink in Milan

We will be staying in Milan for 3 nights in June. Can anyone tell me roughly how much I can expect to pay for pizza/pasta in a restaurant. Also what might it cost for a bottle / glass of house wine?

A pizza costs 5-10 euros depending on toppings.

A dish of pasta goes from 5 to 20 euros depending on ingredients and the type of restaurant.

A bottle of wine goes from 7 euros to several hundreds.

A bottle of house wine is 5 to 10 euros per liter. They never sell house wine in glasses.
