Airport to Hotel

Can anyone tell me how I would go about getting from Venice Treviso Airport to my hotel close to St Marks.

I know I need to get the AVTO but not sure where this will take me and then whether I could walk from here or need to get a boat etc.

If you catch the bus from Treviso to Venice it will let you out at Piazzale Roma. From there take the waterbus down the Grand Canal to St.Marks Square.
