Depends on where your hotel is. Under Top Questions About Venice (upper right hand corner of screen), see Arriving and Departing for possibilities. Easiest but most expensive is a water taxi.

beware that "Marco Pollo" means "Mark the Chicken", and not the world explorer and Venetian hero, after which the Venice Airport in Tessera has been named. Just so you don't risk offending any Venetians by calling one of their most renowned citizens a species of poultry.
