Verona in late November 2017

I am looking at a visit for a long weekend to Verona. It will be at the latter end of November and I wondered if anyone can recommend some specific Sights and good Regional Food that we should try out.

Also, how far is the Airport from the City? Taxi, Train, Bus?

Any advice would be really appreciated.

Michael

Verona is UNESCO heritage sight so has many beautiful things to appreciate. If you search for 2 or 3 days in the search box lots of suggestions will appear. There is a 'transfer' bus from the airport to Verona centre and is quite cheap.

As for the cousine, in the cold season one of the main "local" dishes is the mixed boiled meats trail ("carrello dei bolliti") with the "pearà" sauce
