Getting from Alghero to Portisco Marina

I am arriving into alghero late on fri night and need to get to portisco marina by Sat afternoon (via public transport or taxi). Can anyone advise how to do this? Is there a bus or train? Would a taxi be very expensive? How long will it take? Should I stay overnight in Alghero and start off on Sat am?

Alghero to Portisco is 144km, I think staying in Alghero overnight is the best thing. Airport to Alghero:

Then train Alghero - Sassari:

ferroviesardegna.it/orari/…20invernale.htm

and train Sassari - Olbia:

from Olbia to Marina di Portisco is 15km and you could take a taxi.

It would take about 3 hours with change of train in Sassari.

Many B&Bs in Alghero:
