Deciding how long to stay in various locations

We'll be arriving in Catania in early April and spending 8 days travelling by car around Sicily, flying home from Palermo. We're trying to decide how long to spend in each of the following locations: Taormina (including side trip to Mt. Etna), Siracusa, Noto and Baroque towns, Piazza Armerina, Agrigento, Selinunte, Erice, Monreale. Thanks in advance!

You have only 8 days and 10+ destinations - Sicily is a 2-week itinerary, and you're trying to do a 2-week itinerary in only one week, so perhaps consider some cuts.

Perhaps base in Taormina and see Etna, base in Siracusa and see Noto, base in Agrigento and see Piazza Armerina and Selinunte, and base around Castellammare del Golfo and see Erice and Monreale.
